Think of this step as a first date.
You get to know us. We get to know you.
Then we move on to the fun stuff.
We’ll have you complete a creative brief or fill out one of our detailed questionnaires targeted to your project. We’ll ask questions about any gaps in information to learn all we can about your needs. Based on your requirements, we’ll send a quote for your approval. After we receive your deposit, we move on to Step 2.
We affectionately call this the “brain dump.” Meaning we purge all the bad / mediocre ideas so we can uncover the gems.
We’ve learned over the years that we often have to go through a lot of bad ideas in order to find the good ones. We’ll do some research, gather inspiration and brainstorm. We will sketch, discard, revise and refine ideas until we are confident we’ve narrowed them down to the best of the best.
This is when we get down to the
business of making you look good.
Based on our best ideas from the concept phase, we’ll develop visual mockups for your review. We’ll send you those mockups via email, along with an explanation of our thinking behind each concept. You’ll take time to review, offer your detailed feedback and request any revisions you’d like to see. Rinse and repeat, up to your alloted number of revisions.
Finally, we turn over the fruits of our labor,
also known as our children.
We’ll prepare your files for delivery via email, FTP, or installation on your server, depending on the details of your project. We’ll follow up with you to confirm receipt and make sure you understand what you have received and how to use it.
